About the Retreat
"An amazing, transformative experience" - Mandy
"An insightful and life-changing experience" - Liz
Three days; a small group of wonderful, like-minded women; companionship; compassion; self-love; nourishment; comfort; healing; letting go; and transformation - just minutes from the Dorset coastline and the sea.
I've learned from experience that nothing changes in my life unless I make it a priority, unless I identify the steps I need to take and start to move towards my goals. If you've decided that 2020 is going to be the year when you prioritise your hopes and dreams for a healthy and loving relationship and for a truly fulfilling life, then this transformational Love Retreat from February 28 - March 2 is the perfect way to start the year.
The retreat is held at a beautiful guest house, a few minutes walk from the beach in Southbourne-on-Sea, between Bournemouth and Christ Church, in Dorset (less than 2 hours on a direct train from London).
Over the course of the weekend, we'll explore a series of exercises designed to help you to form a deeper and more loving relationship with yourself, accept yourself wholeheartedly, connect to your heart and intuition, understand any blocks or barriers that might be standing in the way of love, let go of people or behaviours that are stopping you from creating the life you dream of, learn how to change unhelpful relationship patterns, set healthy and loving boundaries, create a wonderful vision for all areas of your life and commit to the next steps that are going to transform 2020.
What previous retreat participants have said:
“Thank you for facilitating this amazing, transformative experience. You are gifted at giving space for voices, encouraging women and fostering dreams. I’m grateful!” - Mandy, 43, May 2018
“Katherine is a wise and intuitive guide. I loved the combination of learning and activities in an idyllic location and setting. I am more aware of myself and the relationship I intend to have,” – Sharon, 56, May 2018
“I left much stronger. I think it was a turning point. I was in a very sad place the week before but I left full of hope, energy and self-esteem. I feel calmer and more believing in a good future!" - Naiara, 35, May 2018
“I have just returned from Katherine’s 3-day retreat and although I’m not one for writing reviews I feel the need to do so in this instance. The accommodation was lovely, with a warm and friendly family feel. The food was fresh and healthy and the company was inspiring. To be so close to the beach for me was both comforting and humbling and I feel so proud of myself for making the decision to book my place at the retreat. I would recommend it to anyone - we all need a little self-care and sometimes the only way to see a way for change is to try something different from our usual approach to life. I feel honoured to have spent my weekend with such a kind, caring and inspiring group of ladies. Thank you Katherine for bringing us all together,” - Sara, 44, May 2018

Who's the retreat for?
This retreat is for women who want to form a healthy and loving partnership and who are ready to prioritise their romantic lives. It's for women who would like to deepen their relationship with themselves, increase their self-love and self-care, connect to their intuition, explore their patterns of behaviour, understand how to change any unhealthy patterns, increase their self-awareness and take some time out to refresh, restore, heal, let go, renew and plan the next steps on their journey to love and wholehearted living.
I will tailor the content of the retreat to suit the group (you will receive a questionnaire before the retreat) but you can expect the weekend to include some of the following exercises: guided meditation and visualisation; activities to help you to let go of people and blocks to love and a fulfilling life; vision drawing; setting self-loving goals and healthy boundaries; journaling; exercises to deepen self-acceptance and that sense that we are loveable; group sharing in a safe space; creative play on the beach; and bracing, restorative walks. All exercises and activities are optional, including a sea-swim. I encourage full participation but you are welcome to use the time and space as you please, in whatever way best serves you.

Our home for the weekend is a wonderful guesthouse in Southbourne-on-Sea. Beach Lodge is a comfortable, nurturing environment with lovely hosts and fabulous, healthy food.
