The Love Retreat is a transformational personal development and healing retreat for the woman whose life hasn't gone to plan and who is ready to build a brighter, more love-filled present and future. You may be childless not by choice, single not by choice, struggling in your relationships and/or exhausted and depleted after giving too much to your work or to others and neglecting yourself. Whatever your circumstance, you are ready and willing to lay the foundations for a better life and for a happy, healthy, loving relationship.
This week-long retreat holiday is designed to support and empower you to grow in self-love, self-esteem and self-awareness, heal past hurts, grieve your losses, challenge unhealthy relationship patterns, face your relationship fears and realign yourself with your heart's desires in love and in life.

A typical day:
You will wake to birdsong in the peace and tranquility of the Dalyan resort and stroll past the swimming pool to the yoga shala where Jane Morgan Jones will lead you in some gentle Zen yoga. Feeling awake and alive, you will sit down to a delicious buffet breakfast, prepared by our friendly hosts. You will then gather with your fellow retreat participants in a shady tree house surrounded by pomegranate orchards where Katherine will host a powerful, interactive coaching circle, exploring some of the following topics: self-love, self-care, self-esteem and self-confidence; how to identify unhealthy relationship patterns and change those patterns; how to let go of anything or anybody that's blocking us from having a beautiful relationship with ourselves and with another; how to set healthy and loving boundaries for ourselves and with others; how to identify and follow our dreams; and how to live wholeheartedly, courageously and authentically.
You will have some free time over lunch and in the afternoon to enjoy the sunshine and the pool or to explore Dalyan's market and array of shops, before returning to the tree house for another transformational coaching circle and/or (depending on the day) another yoga or meditation session. The schedule will vary day-by-day to allow time for fabulous boat trips and other excursions.

Jane's Zen and Yin yoga is accessible to all levels, experienced yogis and beginners alike. It is a dynamic yet gentle form of exercise that incorporates mindfulness, meditation, and self-compassion, and supports the personal growth and self-discovery work we'll be doing.
Places on this retreat are limited to ensure an intimate feel so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Our venue
We'll be staying at the Sedir Resort, a peaceful and spacious venue close to the village of Dalyan, which is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, on a river, surrounded by mountains and close to the sea.
The Sedir Resort has a large swimming pool, lush gardens, a tree house where we hold our workshops, a large yoga shala and an abundance of pomegranate trees. The owners and staff are extremely friendly and the food is delicious. From the resort, you can walk or take a taxi into Dalyan. Please note that there may be a few other guests on the property during our week. We will, however, have full privacy for our coaching circles and yoga sessions. |
Boat trips
We will enjoy two magical boat trips that are not to be missed!
* We will take a Dalyan river cruise past the spectacular Kings' Tombs to the beach and out to sea where we will explore the turquoise coastline and swim and snorkel in crystal clear waters. * And we will visit hot springs and mud baths at dusk, swim in a lake, dine on the boat and gaze at the stars. Evening lake dips are optional. * An additional excursion to a stunning beach and lunch spot will be offered. |

Garden Rooms have one bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom, with an outside seating area, and form part of the main house. Bungalows are individual and have one bedroom with a double and a single bed and an ensuite bathroom, with an outside seating area. Suites are larger with one double bedroom (double bed) and one living room/bedroom (with a single bed), a separate bathroom and a balcony with wonderful views. They form part of the main house.

Saturday 15 and Saturday 22 are arrival and departure days and our retreat activities begin on the morning of Sunday, Oct 16 and end on the evening of Friday October 21. Look for flights that arrive at any time on Saturday Oct 15th and depart at any time on Saturday Oct 22nd, 2022 (unless you plan to stay on in the area). Flights are around £245-300 to Dalaman (as of September 2022). Flight time is 4 hours from London. To secure your place, I ask for a £300 deposit paid by bank transfer. Email me on katherine@katherinebaldwin.com to book your place. The balance can be paid in installments. The full balance is to be paid 60 days before the retreat date. Deposits and all payments will be refunded in full if I cancel or postpone the retreat due to Covid-19. See below for further details on cancellations.

Cancellations 40-60 days prior to departure - 50 percent of the retreat price will be forfeited.
Cancellations less than 40 days prior to departure - 100 percent of the retreat price will be forfeited.
You are advised to take out adequate travel insurance well in advance of your trip.

Should there be restrictions on travel and flights due to coronavirus, the retreat will be postponed to a later date. If you cannot make the later date, your retreat fee will be returned in full including the deposit. Your airline tickets, visas and other travel expenses can be claimed on travel insurance (or your flights transferred to a later date, depending on your airline's travel policy). I do not get involved in flights or insurance. I recommend that you book travel insurance that includes Covid cover.

Katherine is a love, dating and relationships coach, a midlife mentor, the author of How to Fall in Love – a 10-Step Journey to the Heart and the creator of The Love Retreat. Her mission is to help people to love themselves, love their lives and form healthy and loving relationships. Katherine leads from the heart, with honesty and vulnerability. She creates a safe, healing environment that encourages group honesty and facilitates self-awareness. Katherine has been on her own personal development journey for 20 years, during which time she has recovered from an eating disorder, learned to love herself and changed self-destructive relationship patterns in order to form a loving partnership with her now husband.

Jane practises Zen yoga, which is a dynamic yet gentle form of exercise that incorporates mindfulness and meditation. Jane aims to help people to heal their minds and bodies through the practise of Zen yoga, teaching compassion towards themselves, others and nature.
Jane has spent the last 30 years studying various spiritual disciplines and applies these unique teachings to her lessons. Jane is also an experienced choreographer and a 3rd Dan Black Belt Martial Arts Instructor (4 times British Karate Champion and World Championship Silver Medalist). |
