The Love Retreat - 4 spaces left!
Tranformative Retreat with Yoga & Boat Trips
Turkey, October 7-14, 2019
Love Yourself, Love Your Body, Love Your Life, Find Love
Join me and yoga teacher Jane Morgan Jones for a transformational personal development, yoga and meditation holiday near Dalyan, in beautiful southern Turkey on October 7-14, 2019. We'll explore how to love ourselves, love our bodies, create lives that we truly love, and how to fall in love and/or stay in love. Expect to leave feeling refreshed, renewed, uplifted and inspired to take positive steps and embrace change.
This is the ultimate mind, body and spirit holiday: an incredible opportunity to grow in self-esteem, self-confidence and self-awareness, to understand your relationship patterns and blocks in life and love, and to nurture and care for your precious body through healing yoga, deep meditation, healthy food, sunshine and stunning scenery.
I've had wonderful feedback from attendees of my UK How to Fall in Love retreats and workshops, including:
“Thank you for facilitating this amazing, transformative experience. You are gifted at giving space for voices, encouraging women and fostering dreams. I’m grateful!" – Mandy, 43
“Katherine is a wise and intuitive guide. I loved the combination of learning and activities in an idyllic location and setting. I am more aware of myself and the relationship I intend to have" – Sharon, 56
“I left much stronger. I think it was a turning point. I was in a very sad place the week before but I left full of hope, energy and self-esteem. I feel calmer and more believing in a good future" – Naiara, 35
"It was one of the best sessions I have been to ever. So relevant, so much food for thought, authenticity, connection and inspiration. And a fabulous group of people to boot, including Katherine of course" - Melissa, 40
This time, we're adding sunshine, yoga, Turkish culture, and crystal clear waters.
The retreat draws on the steps in my book, How to Fall in Love - a 10-Step Journey to the Heart, described by Psychologies magazine editor Suzy Walker as “a wonderful handbook on relationships, which requires you to be brave, dig deep and face your fears about falling in love.”
Some of the topics we'll cover include self-love, self-care, self-esteem and self-confidence; how to identify unhealthy relationship patterns and change those patterns; how to let go of anything or anybody that's blocking us from having a beautiful relationship with ourselves and with another; how to set healthy and loving boundaries for ourselves and with others; how to identify and follow our dreams; and how to live wholeheartedly, courageously and authentically.
The wonderful Jane Morgan Jones will lead us in Zen yoga, a dynamic yet gentle form of exercise that incorporates mindfulness, meditation, and self-compassion, and supports the personal growth and self-discovery work we'll be doing.
Places are limited and my retreats tend to sell out so please book early to avoid disappointment.
