How to Fall in Love Retreat - May 18-21 - Southbourne-on-Sea, Dorset
SOLD OUT!
I'm sorry this retreat is now sold out. Please click here for my Autumn retreat
What to expect: I can't promise George Clooney but we will be exploring some of the tools from my book, as featured in Psychologies magazine - an approach that helped me form a healthy, committed relationship and get engaged to the man I love.
In summary: 3 days, a small group of wonderful women, companionship, compassion, self-love, nourishment, comfort, healing, letting go, transformation, just minutes from the sea.
I've learned from experience that nothing changes in my life unless I make it a priority, unless I identify the steps I need to take and start to move towards my goals. If you are ready to prioritise your hopes and dreams for a healthy and loving relationship, I'd be delighted to help.
My next 'How to Fall in Love' retreat is on the weekend of May 18-21 at a beautiful guest house, a few minutes walk from the beach in Southbourne-on-Sea, between Bournemouth and Christ Church, in Dorset (less than 2 hours on a direct train from London).
Over the course of the weekend, we'll explore a series of exercises designed to help you form a deeper and more loving relationship with yourself, accept yourself wholeheartedly, connect to your heart and intuition, understand any blocks or barriers that might be standing in the way of love, let go of anything that's stopping you from forming a relationship, set healthy and loving boundaries, create a wonderful vision for all areas of your life and commit to moving forwards.

We will work indoors and outdoors (weather permitting), using our beautiful surroundings - the sea and the beach - to reconnect to ourselves, to re-awaken the playful child inside of us, and to facilitate restoration, healing and increased self-awareness. There will also be free time to enjoy an activity of your choice, such as paddleboarding, a river cruise, beach walking, observing a painting demonstration, or swimming in the sea, which is just five minutes on foot from our accommodation. (There is a small additional cost for paddleboarding and the river cruise).
The maximum group size is 9 (10 including me) and I have only 1 residential space left so please get in touch soon if you are interested.
